SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai, in association with Novartis, one of the leading healthcare company has conceived and launched a unique organizational development program “SAKSHAM”, customized for patient support groups, patient advocates to bring sustainable impact towards patient centric care.
Understanding the increasing need of professionalism and sound process orientation required to manage and lead organizations.
It is a capability development program for patient organizations with over 30 participants from 12 states. We are thankful to SPJIMR and Novartis for this wonderful learning experience.
